About Cygnet Land Developments
Born and bred in this picturesque region, Craig and Lisa Swan share a passion for shaping the land.
Cygnet Land Developments started in 2005 with a 9-hectare industrial subdivision at Bell Block known today as Swans Road and Cygnet Drive.
Craig & Lisa bring with them a background in farming, engineering and administration to their family-run business, and they personally manage their projects from concept to completion with collaboration from their dedicated team of professionals.
The Vision
Inspired by its surroundings, the vision behind Millstone was to create a residential haven that offers the best of both worlds… a place where serenity and nature seamlessly blend with urban living, all with city amenities on your doorstep. It’s a balance that can be hard to find in central New Plymouth. Millstone makes this a reality.
